Qualification & Experience:

1. No formal education is mandatory, but prior experience in packing or agricultural sectors is an advantage.
2. Ability to understand instructions in English.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Sorting and packing fresh produce efficiently.
2. Ensuring produce meets quality standards.
3. Operating packing machinery as required.
4. Labeling packages correctly.
5. Stacking packed produce in storage areas or on delivery pallets.
6. Adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.

Job Requirements:

1. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle heavy objects.
2. Keen attention to detail.
3. Ability to work in various weather conditions as the job might sometimes require outdoor work.
4. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends.
5. Commitment to hygiene and food safety standards.

Work Setting:

1. Fast-paced agricultural environment.
2. Work primarily takes place in packing areas, which may be outdoors or indoors.
