Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on farm tractors and other agricultural equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, ensuring timely and efficient repairs
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Prior experience working as a Farm Tractor Mechanic or a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of farm tractors and agricultural equipment
- Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to identify and resolve mechanical issues efficiently
- Familiarity with relevant tools, equipment, and technology used in tractor maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A valid driver’s license is required
- Possess strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
