At Cargojet Inc., we are a leading provider of time-sensitive overnight air cargo services in Canada. As a Customer Service representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support throughout there interactions with us.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Assist customers with tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and providing accurate information on services
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate and monitor the movement of cargo
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product/service offerings to effectively address customer needs
- Handle escalated customer complaints or issues professionally and ensure satisfactory resolution
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements at all times
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Able to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and composure
- Familiarity with using computer systems and proficiency in MS Office applications
- A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations
- A valid work visa for Canada or eligibility for visa sponsorship by Cargojet Inc.
