I generally provide front desk staff support, check the daily Arrival and Departure VIP list, assist the guests in transporting their luggage,
load and unload luggage's, deliver the luggage to guest room on check-in, handling guest luggage on arrival and departure, check if the
guests needs anything or not, Inform them about all hotel facilities and guest room features and provide a gracious and friendly service.
Achieved sales goals through product recommendations to guests, Assisted with the flow of guests by taking food and drink orders as
needed, I had to do cash handling and end of day revenue reconciliation and applicable paperwork, took and fill orders, managed large
sums of money daily, had to communicate with the customers, ensured proper food presentation and storage, maintained detailed
records of served orders and collected cash and many more.
Ensured that both the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors were kept up-to-date of any relevant feedback from guests
and, or, other departments, provided professional as well as friendly customer service at all times, Assisted other departments
whenever needed, answered telephonic and in-person queries related to restaurants services and resolved any issues, processed
guests' check ins and outs, prepared and completed room and restaurant bills, handled payments through cash, checks and credit
cards.
Successfully demonstrated multi-tasking in fast-paced environment while adhering to policies and procedures, maintained
professional and courteous customer service with superior product knowledge, greeted customers and determined the wants and
needs of customers, accurately completed sales transactions, assisted customers with locating merchandise to meet their style,
size and budget, maintained knowledge of current sales and promotions along with policies regarding payment, and exchanges,
managed the stock room and organized all merchandise.
