I am writing to apply for the IT Technical Support position.

I have experience working as an IT Support in Singapore for more than 8 years. I have the skills to help deal with all customers in a friendly and professional manner, even when they are upset or angry due to the problems they are having.

I know how to build relationships with clients to draw in more business. I can communicate with others in a way they can understand even if they are not computer savvy. I know a variety of operating systems that includes MAC OS Windows XP, 7, 8, 10, and Linux. I am also familiar with Microsoft Office and a variety of other programs.

My training consists of troubleshooting technical problems with computer systems, network LAN and WAN connections, equipment, software, and mobile devices. I have strong experience installing software/hardware, setting up networks, and utilizing a remote control. I can provide support for clients in person or by using email, phone, and live chat. I can work efficiently in a group setting or alone and I have the skills and ability to complete all projects by the deadline.
