currently, my function at KPF is the deputy base manager and HSE coordinator some of the responsibilities are:

• Daily equipment/ fleet management.
• HSE and Operations Procedure writing and updating.
• Monthly operations report.
• Logistics (Container tracking).
• Personnel time sheet.
• Personnel scheduling.
• Training arrangements.
• Weekly/daily work progress tracker.
• Ensuring all HSE standards of the Client is met.
• Preforming internal audits

There is a ton of responsibilities at the port As an HSE officer. Especially in the oil and gas sector. At the port, our main task is lifting and that is done safely. Other responsibilities are chemicals handling and storage, SIMOPS with different companies, pipe rack buildings, coordination quayside, contractors screening, ensuring that all the ISO45001, ISO9001, and ISO14001 standers are applied as well as the ONE MAESTRO, incident investigation and planning, weekly and monthly report, drills.

As an HSE officer and Emergency Response Officer, there was a big responsibility on finishing projects safely for the Mill (ADR project). Especially with the expansion at that time. here the responsibilities were project coordination, ensuring that daily activities were done safely and environmentally. Incident investigation, documentation control (RA, JSA, Procedure, MOC,), contractor screening, regular audit, planning, weekly and monthly reports, drill planning, and assistance in fire and Rescue.  Covid field squad team leader.
