• Supports Operations work process. This includes working with the Operations Leadership Team to establish and resolve performance gaps.
• To provide managerial support to production manager on daily department operation, output, and continuous improvement etc.
• Manage various work teams (subcontractors, suppliers, management, and unionized employees) to develop solutions for improving the existing and future equipment.
• Provide input to plan, manage, and perform product introduction.
• Assist with the implementation of continuous improvement processes for efficiency to create a Lean Manufacturing environment.
• Performs FTE of our manufacturing partners as well as provide technical assistance and training for 3rd party conducted FTE.

Review contractor’s quality manual, HSE manual, project management plan, quality plan for project.
• Monitor, witness, and review project Inspection & Plans production activities in line with approved contractual requirements approving stage inspections.

Project Involved: Towers 4 (B+G+20) Each Floor Area of 1200 Sqm with 3 BHK 2BHK.
Directing/executing the Quality, Structural, and Finishing. Including stringent Health & Safety Management at site. (Mivan shuttering
