Duties and Responsibilities:
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Administered immunizations, medications( oral/injections/IV) and nebulizer treatments.
• Performed a number of medical procedures, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure readings, EKG's allergy skin testing, allergy injections, spirometry, audiometry and vision test.
• Collecting blood, tissue and other specimens for lab tests.
• Dressed wounds, and performed infection-control management.
• Ability to make intelligent, independent decisions, respond to urgent/emergency situations and initiate appropriate action based on patient-focused best practice guidelines.
• Participate and conduct missions for COVID-19 screening and vaccination in the community.

Duties and Responsibilities :
• Alert physician or nurse of any abnormality in vital signs or appearance for further reassessment.
• Assist surgeons with patient consultations and pre-operative appointments.
• Document in the medical record complete and accurate summary of care given inclusive of medications administered, procedures performed and appropriate observation.
• Administering patients’ medications and providing treatments according to physicians’ orders.
• Manage caseload of 7 patient's, providing education, treatments, IV therapy, venipuncture and wound care.
• Assisted patients with personal care activities such as toileting, grooming, and feeding.

Duties and Responsibilities :
• Collect medical histories and other vital information from patients.
• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and draft care plans.
• Provide hemodialysis care (in-patient ward) to acute and chronic ill patients.
• Medication administration and stabilization of patients.
• Identify if the patient facing any psychology issues.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the post-operative care given to renal transplant recipient.
• Provide necessary health education training for patients and their families.
