A skilled Planning & Controls Manager  with over 9 years’ experience, having been exposed to the full project life-cycle of oil/gas, onshore, engineering, procurement and construction projects; I have been privileged to transit Project Portfolio Management, Front End planning - Identify, Assess, Select, Define, Execution, Monitoring, Control and closing stages of various projects, majoring in Greenfield and Brownfield EPCI Projects, developing extensive professional expertise in, project control and Scheduling methodologies such as Critical Path Method.

As a Planning & Control Manager one of my key roles is evaluation of processes and systems to ensure target objectives are met using available resources, ensuring execution plans & strategy are within schedule & budget with the use of Earned Values analysis determining SPI, CPI, TCPI, ETC, VAC, SV, CV & BAC advising management on possible deviations emanating from cost, scope, schedule & quality. My experience also includes providing support services to other departments to ensure smooth project execution and flow. In addition, I have strong understanding of the use of Primavera P6, Pertmaster (Risk ), MS Project, Microsoft packages & power point for presentations and Document controlling.
