A holder of a Diploma Part1 in Business Information Systems, a Diploma Level 4 & 5 in Rural and Community Development, CompTIA A+ Certification with over two years working experience in banking which I have obtained from my previous jobs as a Bank Clerk at Malawi Savings Bank and Customer Consultant/ Bank Teller at Opportunity Bank. I also have working experience in sales and marketing obtained while I was working for Airtel Malawi as Customer Service Representative. In addition, I also have working experience in data capturing obtained from my previous job as Data Entry Clerk at CARE Malawi (WFP/MVAC Project), seeking a challenging in a professional organization where in my capacity, I would be able to enhance my skills and strength in conjunction with the organization’s goal and objective.
