♦ Manage the input/output of the materials stored and warehoused for all departments
♦ Manage the stock levels of consumables and two years spares.
♦ Control the materials availability through Maximo and to ensure the correction reception on board.
♦ Ensure all the materials delivered on board meet specification.
♦ Prepare the Delivery Order Note of the sending material for shipment. Work closely with Marine Dept, to ensure the material is return on time to Onshore.
♦ Control the availability of the personal and common tools for each workshop. Establish and ensure the monitoring of the tool’s lists.

♦Defining shipping schedules based on needs, priorities, and loading and transportation resources available both in domestic and export markets.
