Controlling the cost of food and beverages for thirteen outlets in a group of resorts: Grand TalaBay, Marina Plaza and TalaBay resort and apartments. and reconcile food, beverage and materials cost by thoroughly analyzing invoices, requisitions and products received menus and production. All worked is carried out in line with the hotel and properties guidelines and the departmental business plan.
Monitor and control the logistic storage of TalaBay resort & apartments, Direct and indirect cost such as room cost, Villas and apartments, laundry, Marin Basin, Housekeeping, Staff accommodation rental, Apartment and villas rent and annual fees.
Maintain cost control procedures, prepare project cost reports and budgets.
Assess all incoming products, resources, and services to ensure the best price and storage related to the minimum and maximum stock needs.
Collaborate with department heads to strategize ways to minimize waste.
Keep up to date on new vendors and possible cost-cutting partnerships.
Develop and maintain cost finding, reporting and internal control procedures for the Hotel and Properties.
Analyzes and controls the costs associated with a project.
Prepare expense report for the cost of maintenance and services and responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and climes from suppliers and subcontracts to insure that all the project cost and expenses captured properly.
Perform commercial review for subcontractor’s quotations for the preparation of services agreements.
Perform project related costs by reporting to the team and departments to review on a periodic basis to ensure that expenditures are maintained within the project budget.
Responsible that the guidelines for handling and cleaning of machines and equipment are strictly followed by all stores crew concerned.
