I have extensive experience providing HR advice and actively handling recruitment and developing consistent and elaborate HR policies in a variety of business settings for the last 10 years.

Currently, I am working with Heavy Engineering Limited as a Human Resources Manager where I am in charge of advising the board, employee relations, recruitment and staffing of manpower, formulation and implementation of Human resources policies, dealing with staff grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures among other indicated on the CV.

I have also worked as an Assistant Human Resources Manager with Naivas Limited where I was able to provide technical support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling.
