I am a dedicated highly motivated individual with 5 years of experience in customer service, of which 3 years were specifically focused on working as a reservation agent. throughout my working life, I have held multiple roles ( front office Assistant, Receptionist, Reservation Agent, and Customer Service Agent, These experiences have honed my customer service skills, be it handling customer complaints, or recommending services and solutions to their problems with expertise and professionalism, Additionally, my multilingual abilities have allowed me to effectively communicate with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. -Process boarding passes Meal vouchers, Hotel vouchers.
