Hadeed Ahmed Sher (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from
Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan, Pakistan,
in 2005, the M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering
from the University of Engineering and Technology,
Lahore, Pakistan, in 2008, and the Ph.D. degree in
electrical engineering from King Saud University,
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in 2016. He is currently an
Assistant Professor with the Faculty of Electrical
Engineering, Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology, Topi, Pakistan. He
has authored and coauthored more than 50 publications in IEEE transactions,
journals, and conferences. His research interests include grid connected solar
photovoltaic systems, maximum power point tracking, fault analysis of PV
systems, and power electronics. He was the recipient of the Research Excellence
Award from the KSU College of Engineering in the year 2012 and 2015. He is
an Associate Editor for IET Renewable Power Generation.
