Anti-Money Laundering and Financial Crime. I have over twelve (12) years of working experience in Banking Operations with over two (2) years’ experience as a Branch Operations Manager and eight (8) years as a Credit officer and Personal Banker.

Manage Branch Operational and administrative activities in accordance with bank
procedures and policies
• Verify and authorize account opening and transactions in compliance with KYC policy
• Maintain branch ambience to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance bank’s image
• Manage the overall security and operational risks of the branch.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory framework and guidelines.
Support the Branch Manager in realizing business growth and profitability through
effective supervision of staffs, operations and procedures.

• Assist in the preparation and timely submission of accurate reports.
• Cost control with the branch
• Ensure updated schedule/register of the Branch fixed assets.
• Liaise between the Branch and other units to ensure effective operational activities.
• Monitoring of Branch General Ledgers to reflect correct position
• Plan, direct, monitor and control the operations of staff at the Branch
• Ensure Branch controls are in place to safeguard the assets and operations of the Branch.
• Handle all serious customer complaints
• Verify and authorize transactions within approved limits to avert operational risks.
• Monitor and supervise staff to ensure adherence to the Bank`s calling over policy.
• Manage staff performance, coach and motivate staff to achieve business results.
• Collaborate with Vault custodian to ensure adequacy of cash within branch and ATM
