I have Diploma in catering and accommodation management. I have worked for 13 years in catering department as a cateress. My job is mainly on supervision, record keeping, menu planning, stores requisition and ensure correct handling and storage practices of food stuff. Staff training, duty allocation and displinary measures. Supervision on cleaning, disinfecting of surfaces and drainage. Ensuring correct handling and use of equipment and machines used in the establishment. Supervision in cooking and service, attending to customer complains. Supervise on correct table setting According to the day's menu and food courses. Inspection of linen and stock taking. My goals is to provide quality service to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve company goals.
