In this role, I was responsible for coordinating and monitoring functions and activities of the program which included soliciting for funds, ensuring expenditures stay within budget limitations, monitoring staff and ensuring they comply with policies and procedures, preparing reports and interacting with the community to help achieve program goals and objectives.
