Agriculture for Life is seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to joint our team as Farm Workers in Canada. As a Farm Worker, you will be an essential part of the agricultural industry, contributing to the production of high-quality crops and ensuring the success of our farming operations.
Responsibilities:-
Planting, cultivating, and harvesting various crops according to established procedures
- Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment
- Monitoring crop health and implementing pest control measures as needed
- Irrigating fields and ensuring proper water management
- Sorting, grading, and packaging harvested produce for market distribution
- Assisting with general farm maintenance tasks such as fence repairs, building maintenance, and equipment cleaning
- Following all safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment
Requirements:-
Previous experience in farming or agriculture is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn
- Ability to work long hours outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- A valid driver’s license is an asset
