Jobs Description:

AG Global, a leading agricultural company in Canada, is seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to joint our team as Farm Workers. This is an exciting opportunity for foreigners who are looking to work and live in Canada.

Responsibilities:

1. Performing a variety of tasks related to crop cultivation, including planting, harvesting, and irrigation
2. Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment
3. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of farm buildings and work areas
4. Assisting with the care of livestock, including feeding and milking
5. Monitoring crops for pests and diseases and taking appropriate action
6. Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
7. Collaborating with other team members to accomplish farm goals

Requirements:

• Prior experience in farming or agriculture is preferred but not mandatory
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
• Familiarity with operating farm machinery is a plus
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid work permit or ability to obtain one (for foreigners)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and verbal)
