Jobs Description:

A&A Farms in Canada is currently seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to joint our team as Farm Workers. This is an excellent opportunity for foreigners looking to gain valuable work experience in the agricultural industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops according to seasonal schedules
2. Operate and maintain farming machinery and equipment
3. Monitor crop health and implement pest control measures when necessary
4. Assist with irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of crops
5. Participate in the sorting, grading, and packaging of harvested produce
6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment
7. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
8. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently

Requirements:

• No prior experience required – training will be provided on-site
• Able to work long hours in outdoor conditions (including inclement weather)
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Possess effective communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus)
• Familiarity with farming practices is preferred but not mandatory
• A valid work permit or visa allowing employment in Canada (for foreigners)
