• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries and requests
• Proficiency in using computer systems and ticketing software
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills (e.g., French, Spanish) considered an asset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Valid work visa for Canada (Cargojet Inc. will sponsor the successful candidate)
