This is a unique opportunity for foreigners with visa sponsorship to work in Canada and contribute to the success of our company. As a Telecaller at Cargojet Inc., you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our services, and generating sales leads. Your main objective will be to engage customers, build relationships, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce them to our services
2. Promote the benefits of working with Cargojet Inc. and answer any questions or concerns
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service
4. Generate sales leads by identifying potential customers and there needs
5. Record all interactions, including details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
6. Follow up on leads and ensure timely response to customer inquiries
7. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall department objectives

Requirements:

• Prior experience in telemarketing or Tele-calling is preferred but not mandatory
• A valid work visa or permit for Canada (sponsorship available for qualified candidates)
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• A positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• A target-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales goals
