Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a retail environment
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Valid work permit or eligibility for visa sponsorship in Canada
