Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the restaurant or fast-food industry.
- Excellent understanding of restaurant operations and financials.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Filipino or other languages is a bonus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train, guide, and manage team members to uphold Jollibee’s service standards.
- Monitor inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to set sales targets and operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Job Requirements:
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak hours.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.
Work Setting:
- Fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Occasional meetings and training sessions might be scheduled outside regular hours.
