Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patients’ conditions, including vital signs and symptoms
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and there families
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols
- Participate in continuous professional development activities to enhance nursing knowledge and skills
- Adhere to ethical standards and promote a safe working environment
Requirements:
- Valid registration as a Registered Nurse in Canada or eligibility for registration with the appropriate regulatory body
- Work Permit allowing employment as a Registered Nurse in Canada
- Demonstrated clinical competence in providing nursing care across various healthcare settings
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- A strong commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems (EMR) is an asset
- CPR certification (BLS or ACLS)
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment
