Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive inspections of aircraft, equipment, and facilities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
Identify and document any discrepancies or non-conformances, and work with the maintenance team to resolve issues in a timely manner
Perform routine audits and inspections on various aspects of the operation, including safety procedures, maintenance logs, and inventory management
Provide training and guidance to the operations team on quality assurance best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives and enhance the overall quality of our services
Maintain detailed records and generate reports to support regulatory compliance and internal decision-making

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or similar role in the aviation industry
Thorough understanding of aviation regulations, quality management systems, and industry best practices
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proficiency in using quality assurance software and data analysis tools
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, as required
Ability to obtain a Transport Canada Security Clearance
