Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in passengers, process boarding passes and handle luggage
- Assist with the coordination of passenger boarding and deplaning procedures
- Respond promptly and courteously to passenger inquiries and address any concerns
- Maintain a thorough understanding of airline policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the flight crew and other airport personnel to ensure on-time departures and arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service and go the extra mile to exceed passenger expectations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or airport/airline experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in English and French is an asset
