This is an exciting opportunity for foreigners who have obtained a valid LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment) in Canada. As an Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse.

Responsibilities:

1. Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
2. Efficiently navigate the warehouse using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
3. Ensure proper labeling and packaging of products for shipment.
4. Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of order accuracy.
5. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Valid LMIA obtained in Canada (foreign applicants only).
• Previous experience as an Order Picker or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong physical stamina to handle repetitive lifting and carrying of heavy items.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
