CANNING PERSONAL CARE HOME is currently seeking an Office Services Coordinator to joint our team. With a valid work permit, you’ll have the chance to excel in a role that plays a crucial part in ensuring efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day administrative activities, including managing incoming/outgoing mail, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating repairs and maintenance.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, answering inquiries and directing them to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage scheduling and coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
- Assist with HR tasks such as new employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating staff training sessions.
- Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional projects and ensure seamless communication.
- Monitor office expenses within budget guidelines and process invoices for payment
- Handle reception duties including answering phone calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls as necessary.
Requirements:
- Valid work permit in Canada.
- Proven experience in office administration or related roles.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is considered an asset.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information or documents.
- Professional demeanor with exceptional customer service skills.
