Responsibilities:

1. Deliver excellent patient care based on best practices and evidence-based guidelines
2. Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions
3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
4. Maintain accurate documentation of patient medical records
5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
6. Educate patients and there families about there health conditions and self-care strategies
7. Adhere to all infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients
8. Stay updated with new healthcare trends, technologies, and regulations
9. Demonstrate professionalism and empathy in all interactions with patients and colleagues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in nursing from an accredited institution
• A valid nursing license from the relevant regulatory body in Canada or eligibility for licensure as a foreign-trained nurse (support will be provided)
• Prior experience working as a registered nurse in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for all positions
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care with compassion and empathy
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English (additional languages are an asset)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment while also being self-motivated and independent when required
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• The ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and handle stressful situations with resilience
