Job Description
We are seeking responsible and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aides to assist with daily cleaning and maintenance tasks. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy keeping spaces clean and organized and who take pride in their work. Training will be provided, making this position suitable for both experienced and entry-level candidates.
Salary
- CAD $15 – $20 per hour (based on experience and location)
- Overtime pay according to Canadian labor laws
- Weekly or bi-weekly salary payment
Roles and Responsibilities
- Cleaning and sanitizing rooms, washrooms, and common areas
- Changing linens and making beds
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping floors
- Proper handling of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Reporting maintenance or safety issues to supervisors
- Following health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Assisting with laundry and waste disposal when required
Qualifications and Skills
- No formal education required
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks
- Basic English communication skills preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Honest, reliable, and service-oriented attitude
