- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and find appropriate solutions
- Assist with reservations, room assignments, and special requests
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Hotel Receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- A friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with hotel software systems is an asset
- Valid work permit or ability to obtain Visa Sponsorship for Canada
