Responsibilities:

1. Perform various massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy
2. Tailor each massage session to meet the specific needs and preferences of guests
3. Maintain a clean and organized work area
4. Ensure that all equipment and supplies are properly sanitized and stocked
5. Promote the benefits of massage therapy to guests and provide recommendations for ongoing treatment plans
6. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
7. Maintain accurate records of guest treatments and follow-up appointments
8. Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy from an accredited institution
• Prior experience as a Massage Therapist in a high-end hotel or spa environment is preferred
• A strong passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are an asset)
• A friendly personality with the ability to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests
• A valid work permit or eligibility for visa sponsorship in Canada
