Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu specifications

- Maintain inventory of food supplies and equipment
- Assist in training junior staff members, if required

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a cook in a hotel or restaurant setting
- A culinary degree or diploma is preferred but not mandatory
