Job Description
Lac La Ronge Indian Band is hiring a caring and dependable Home Health Aide to provide in-home support services in Hall Lake, Saskatchewan. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, patient, and committed to helping others live safely and independently.
As a Home Health Aide, you will assist clients with daily personal care, meal preparation, and light household tasks. You will work closely with clients, families, and health teams to ensure comfort and dignity at all times.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support mobility and safe transfers.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if required.
- Perform light housekeeping related to client care.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Monitor and report changes in client condition.
- Maintain clear and accurate care records.
Qualifications & Skills
- Health Care Aide or Personal Support Worker certificate preferred.
- Previous home care experience is an asset.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Clear criminal record check required.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Compassionate, respectful, and reliable.
- Physically able to assist with lifting and mobility support.
Work Conditions
- Work takes place in private homes within the community.
- May require travel within Hall Lake area.
- Shifts may include days, evenings, or weekends.
