5. Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure the highest standards of care

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for caring for others and making a positive impact on there lives
• Previous experience in the healthcare or social care industry is preferred, but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Willingness to obtain any necessary certifications or training
