Job Description:

Agrium Inc, a leading agricultural company, is seeking dedicated and hardworking Harvesting Crew Members to joint our team in Canada. Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain various harvesting equipment, such as combines, balers, and other machinery, to efficiently collect and process crops
2. Participate in the entire harvesting process, from preparing the fields to loading and transporting the harvested crops
3. Ensure proper maintenance and care of all assigned equipment, reporting any issues or malfunctions promptly
4. Work collaboratively with the harvesting team to meet production targets and deadlines
5. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in agricultural or harvesting operations, preferably in a commercial setting
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining a variety of harvesting equipment
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to work long hours during peak harvesting seasons
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a commercial driver’s license (CDL) is an asset
• Willingness to relocate to Canada and obtain the necessary work visa through Agrium’s sponsorship program
