Jealous Fruits is seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our harvesting crew in Canada. As a Harvesting Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful collection and processing of our high-quality fruits.

Responsibilities:

1. Carefully hand-pick and harvest a variety of fruits at optimal ripeness
2. Properly handle and transport harvested produce to designated processing areas
3. Assist with sorting, grading, and packing of harvested fruits
4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment
5. Adhere to all food safety and quality control protocols
6. Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly production targets

Requirements:

• A strong work ethic and a passion for agriculture
• Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
• Willingness to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Previous experience in fruit harvesting or agricultural work is an asset
• Fluency in English is required
