Cargojet Inc., a leading provider of time-sensitive overnight air cargo services in Canada, seeks passionate and dedicated Ground Crew Agents to joint our team. As a Ground Crew Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring cargo operations’ smooth and efficient handling at our airports across Canada.

Responsibilities:

1. Load and unload aircraft, ensuring cargo is handled with care and by safety protocols
2. Operate ground support equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move cargo efficiently
3. Assist with the processing and documentation of cargo, including labeling, scanning, and record-keeping
4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the cargo handling areas
5. Collaborate with the flight crew, ramp personnel, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate cargo delivery

6. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a ground handling or logistics role is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in operating ground support equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a RAIC (Restricted Area Identification Card)
• Eligibility to work in Canada and willingness to sponsor a work visa, if required
