Qualification & Experience:

2. Prior experience in farming or related agricultural practices is a definite plus.
3. Good physical condition to undertake various farm tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Plant, fertilize, and care for crops.
2. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, ensuring regular checks and minor repairs.
3. Aid in soil preparation and sowing.
4. Harvest crops and prepare them for market or storage.
5. Adhere to safety and health regulations during all farm operations.
6. Assist in setting up and repairing farm structures, including storage areas and fences.

Job Requirements:
