Perform general manual labor tasks on construction sites such as loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, and operating basic hand tools.
Assist with the setup and dismantling of scaffolding, barricades, and other temporary structures.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Collaborate with the construction team to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
Maintain cleanliness on the construction site by removing debris and waste materials.
Adhere to project plans and specifications while carrying out assigned tasks.
Report any issues or concerns related to safety or quality immediately to your supervisor.

Requirements:

Valid work permit or visa allowing you to work in Canada (for foreigners).
Previous experience in general construction labor or a related field is an asset.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Strong work ethic with a high level of reliability and punctuality.
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required.
Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors.
