Responsibilities:

1. Harvest ripe fruits according to quality standards and productivity targets
2. Select and handle fruits with care to ensure minimal damage
3. Pack fruits into designated containers or crates
4. Sort and grade fruits based on size, color, and quality
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
6. Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:

• No prior experience is required – we provide on-the-job training!
• Physically fit and able to work for extended periods outdoors
• Ability to lift heavy loads and perform repetitive tasks
• Demonstrate keen attention to detail for accurate fruit selection
• Positive attitude, reliable, and able to work well in a team environment
• Able to legally work in Canada (valid work permit or visa)
