Stewart Farms in Canada is currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to joint our team as Fruit Packers & Pickers. We are offering sponsorship opportunities for foreigners who are interested in working in Canada. As a Fruit Packer & Picker, you will play a vital role in our farm operations. Your responsibilities will include picking, sorting, and packing various types of fruits to meet quality standards and customer requirements. You will work closely with a team of experienced agricultural professionals who will provide training and guidance to ensure your success.

Responsibilities:

1. Pick fruits efficiently while adhering to safety and quality protocols
2. Sort the harvested fruits based on size, ripeness, and quality
3. Package the fruits according to specific guidelines
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
5. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily targets
6. Report any equipment or product issues to supervisors

Requirements:

• No prior experience is required; training will be provided
• Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects if necessary
• Dedicated and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• A valid work permit/Sponsorship for foreigners (we can assist eligible candidates)
