Duties

• Present excessive stage customer support and hospitality to purchasers
• Help the Studio Administration in the day by day studio duties and initiatives
• Preserve an optimistic angle and take initiative
• Present help to the SoulCycle instructors to make sure a profitable class check-in course of
• Work as a cohesive workforce with all SoulCycle employees members to make sure effectivity and camaraderie
• Help with the coaching and training of the latest hires for the entrance desk employees workforce
• Preserve product data for all studio retail operations
• Preserve the distinct SoulCycle aesthetic, look, environment and tradition

• Should have customer support expertise
• Should have the power to prioritize and multi-task inside a fast-paced setting
• Should be prepared to provoke duties and carry out duties without course
• Should have wonderful communication expertise and have the ability to work with a variety of personalities
• Should have excellent customer support and downside-fixing expertise
• Should have an optimistic, can-do angle
• Should have a pleasant {and professional} cellphone and electronic mail etiquette
• Should have superior organizational expertise
• Should have the pliability to work a non-traditional schedule – MUST HAVE WEEKEND, HOLIDAY AND SOME EARLY MORNING/MIDDAY/LATE EVENING WEEKDAY AVAILABILITY
