As a Farm Workers Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our farm, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of farm workers
- Assign tasks and provide clear instructions to ensure efficient completion of daily operations
- Train new employees on farming techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, crop yields, and equipment maintenance
- Monitor crop growth, irrigation systems, and pest control measures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during farming operations

Requirements:
- Prior experience working in agriculture or a similar field
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the ability to effectively supervise a team

- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in an agricultural setting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate instructions to farm workers from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work long hours during peak seasons
- Valid driver’s license
