Gibson Farm in Canada is currently seeking motivated individuals to joint our team as Farm Workers and Fruit Packers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for agriculture.

Responsibilities:

Plant, cultivate, and harvest fruits and vegetables
Operate farm machinery and equipment
Perform general farm maintenance tasks
Sort, grade, and pack fruits for distribution
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
Adhere to health and safety regulations
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:

Prior experience in farming or agriculture is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
Physical fitness to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
Ability to work well within a team environment
Punctuality and reliability are essential
Flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasons
A valid driver’s license is an asset but not mandatory
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
