As a Farm Labourer at Thiara Farms, you will be responsible for various tasks related to crop cultivation and farm maintenance. Your primary duties will include planting, weeding, harvesting, and packaging crops. You will also assist with general farm maintenance such as irrigation system operation, equipment maintenance, and repair.
Responsibilities:
- Planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
- Weeding and maintaining crop beds
- Packaging crops for shipment
- Operating irrigation systems
- Assisting with equipment maintenance and repair
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintaining cleanliness of work areas
- Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Prior experience in farm work or agriculture is preferred but not required
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
