Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating farm equipment, such as tractors, combines, and sprayers
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Willingness to work long hours, including weekends and holidays, during peak seasons
- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a commercial driver’s license (CDL)
- Proficiency in English or French
