Job Description
STEP2 Kitchen Studio is seeking reliable and hardworking Factory Labourers to assist in manufacturing and production processes. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working with tools and materials, and contributing to the creation of quality kitchen products. Training will be provided, making this opportunity suitable for both experienced and entry-level workers.
Salary
- CAD $16 – $24 per hour (depending on experience and shift schedule)
- Overtime pay according to Canadian labor laws
- Weekly or bi-weekly wage payments
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assisting in the production of kitchen cabinets and components
- Loading, unloading, and moving raw materials and finished products
- Operating basic machinery under supervision
- Assembling parts and supporting skilled workers
- Packing, labeling, and preparing products for delivery
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the factory floor
- Following safety rules and company procedures
Qualifications and Skills
- No formal education required
- Previous manufacturing or factory experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
- Ability to use basic tools and follow instructions
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime if required
- Basic English communication skills preferred
- Hardworking, reliable, and team-oriented
